Each story below has its own page, and each page is built the same way: photographs of what actually happened, the report in English and Chinese side by side, then eight vocabulary cards taken from that story with a speaker button on every one, and a matching game to finish. Read the news, and you have learned eight words without setting out to.

Qiaotou has been named an outstanding school for SH150 — the county program that asks every child to move for at least 150 minutes a week, and does not count PE lessons.
