師資培育 · 從縣內課後照顧，到全國夢N，再到大學講堂
One principal can reach seventy-six children. A teacher trainer reaches every classroom those teachers walk into. Principal Yang works at all three levels of Taiwan's science-teaching profession at once — and at each level the material is the same thing she is still testing at Nanjhou on a Tuesday morning.
一位校長能照顧七十六個孩子；一位師培講師，照顧的是這些老師往後走進的每一間教室。楊校長同時站在台灣自然科師資培育的三個層級上——而她在每一層講的內容，都是她週二早上還在南州課堂裡驗證的東西。

The adults who take over when the bell rings need a professional education too. Principal Yang teaches on Changhua's after-school care training programme, so that the hours after three o'clock are taught — not merely supervised.
放學鐘響後接手孩子的大人，同樣需要專業訓練。楊校長在彰化縣課後照顧服務人員培訓授課，讓「三點以後」是被教學的時間，而不只是被看管的時間。

Dream-N is Taiwan's largest teacher-led professional-learning movement: built by teachers, for teachers, on their own weekends. Principal Yang convenes its elementary-science strand — assembling the instructor team and shaping the two-day programme for a regional session. The Yunlin session she convened at Douliu Junior High ran digital inquiry, bilingual science, solar motors and hydrogen fuel cells, and TPACK: the whole span of what a science classroom is currently becoming."Teachers Get Support, Kids Get Hope." — Dream-N夢的N次方是台灣規模最大的教師自主增能運動——由老師發起、為老師而辦，用的是自己的週末。楊校長擔任國小自然場次的召集人：組講師群、定兩天課程的走向。她召集的雲林場（斗六國中）涵蓋雲霧數位探究、雙語教學、太陽能馬達與氫氧燃料電池實作、TPACK——正好是一間自然教室正在長成的樣子。

A long-running appointment across three strands — inquiry teaching, motivation embedded in inquiry, and cross-disciplinary inquiry (STEM). A coach teacher is not a lecturer who leaves at four o'clock: the official citation credits her with staying with participants, actively and warmly, until their lesson plans were finished and submitted.
長期擔任教育部國民中小學自然科學領域的研習講師，主軸有三：探究教學、動機融入探究、跨領域探究（STEM）。「教練教師」和一般講師不同——官方名單上的評語是：積極且熱心指導學員完成教案。她不是講完就走，而是陪學員把作品寫完、送出。

Silver Cone Volcano — can a solution change its acidity?
〈銀錐火山－水溶液的酸鹼性可以改變嗎？〉
The title is the spectacle; the subtitle is the actual lesson. Children come for the volcano and stay for the question underneath it — if I change what is in the beaker, does the liquid become a different thing? Open with wonder, close with a variable: that is inquiry teaching in one sentence, and it is why this plan was selected in the MOE inquiry programme's lesson-plan competition.
標題是一場秀，副標才是這堂課真正的內容。孩子為了「火山」而來，卻留下來面對底下那個問題——如果我改變杯子裡的東西，這杯水會變成另一種東西嗎？以驚奇開場，以變因收尾——這就是探究教學的一句話定義，也是這份教案獲得教育部探究計畫教案設計競賽優選的原因。
