一所小學校,一個大教室——森林本身就是課表的一部分。

At Nanjhou, learning happens in four overlapping tracks: English & Bilingual, Science & Plain-Forest, Body & Rhythm, and Digital & AI. Each track passes through the same gate — past Kuanrong, the old banyan — and each one feeds back into the others. 南州的學習由四條彼此交織的軸線組成:英語雙語、科學平地森林、身體節奏、數位 AI。每一條軸線都會走過同一道校門——經過寬榕老榕——再回頭餵養其他三條。

Every weekday morning, Anabelle opens The HootHub. Lower-grade and upper-grade students follow two different rhythms — playful for grades 1–3, content-rich for grades 4–6 — but both end with one word every student will use that day. "Every word is a win." 每個上學日的清晨,Anabelle 老師開啟 HootHub。低中年級走「玩中學」的節奏,中高年級走「內容驅動」的節奏,但兩條動線最後都會收斂到一個「今天就能用得到的字」。「每一個字都是一場小勝利。」

A quiet nod to Nanjhou's Japanese-era roots. Children learn the basic kata, the breathing, and the bow at the end of each piece — and have recorded a bilingual "Word of the Day: Taiko drum" video that lives in the Changhua Bilingual Hub. 低調呼應南州的日治根源。孩子學基本鼓法、呼吸、與每首曲子收束時的一個鞠躬——並錄製了雙語影片「Word of the Day: Taiko drum 太鼓」,已上架彰化雙語資源網的共用素材。

School-wide Jump Rope

One rope, seventy-six bodies, twenty minutes a day. The school-wide jump-rope routine has also become one of our Word-of-the-Day vocabulary videos — "Word of the Day: Jump rope". 一條繩、七十六個身體、每天二十分鐘。全校跳繩活動同時也是 Word of the Day 字彙影片之一——「Word of the Day: Jump rope 跳繩」。

植物種子創作 × 戶外教育
Term project · Grades 3–6 · Cross-disciplinary
Children collect seeds, pods, and dried leaves from the campus's hundred-plus trees, then build small creatures, mobiles, and bookmarks. The teacher's role is to ask "what does it remember?" not "what does it look like?" 孩子們從校園百餘棵樹蒐集種子、果莢、枯葉,做小動物、吊飾、書籤。老師的角色不是問「它像什麼」,而是問「它記得什麼」。

Nanjhou students consistently win on the Cool English Listening King, Speaking King, and Self-Learning Initiate tracks — three consecutive recognitions across 2025–2026. Parents receive a regular "Family AI Toolkit" so home and school stay on the same digital footing. 南州學生在 Cool English 平台上連續拿下「英聽王」「口說王」「自學初心者」三項獎——2025–2026 三連發。家長端則收到定期更新的「親子 AI 工具包」,讓家裡和學校的數位節奏對齊。

Annual · Grade-6 team project · National Top 10 (2026)
Grade-6 students choose a real social issue, build a proposal, rehearse it in front of younger students, then take it to the national stage. In 2026 our team made the National Top 10 and won the Best Interaction Award. 六年級學生選一個真實社會議題、做提案、向低年級先試講,再帶上全國舞台。2026 年六年甲入圍全國前十強,並抱回「最佳互動獎」
