To celebrate the 300th anniversary of the Changhua Confucius Temple, the Changhua County Government held the "2026 Changhua Poetry Festival & 300th Anniversary of the Confucius Temple" on June 13 at the temple itself. Chungshan Elementary's Chinese orchestra was deeply honored to be invited as the opening ensemble, setting the stage for this cultural celebration with graceful traditional music.
Where poetry, strings, and ink weave together.
The event opened with poet Ji Xiao-yang reciting the poem "Confucius Washes His Face at My Home," while Chungshan's orchestra answered with the sound of silk and bamboo instruments. Together with the master calligraphers of the Lujiang Poetry, Calligraphy & Painting Society sweeping their large brushes across the paper, the poetry, the music, and the flowing ink intertwined — showing the deep roots and artistic beauty of Chinese culture.
The audience was immersed in the atmosphere where classical poetry and Chinese music blended as one, feeling the timeless charm of a tradition that stays forever fresh.

為慶祝彰化孔子廟建廟300周年，彰化縣政府於6月13日在彰化孔子廟舉辦「2026彰化詩歌節暨彰化孔子廟建廟300周年紀念活動」。中山國小國樂團十分榮幸受邀擔任開幕演出團隊，以悠揚國樂為這場文化盛會揭開序幕。
活動由紀小樣老師吟唱詩詞-孔子在我家洗臉，中山國小國樂團以絲竹樂音相互輝映，搭配鹿江詩書畫學會老師們的大筆揮毫表演，在詩聲、樂音與墨韻交織中，共同展現中華文化的深厚底蘊與藝術之美。
