Welcome to Chungshan Elementary School. It is my honor to lead a school with more than a century of history — the oldest in Changhua County and, in the words of our community, the cradle of Changhua's literary giants. Every day our students walk past the historic North Wing Classroom and the Poem Tree, reminders that learning here is part of something far larger than themselves.
歡迎來到中山國小。能帶領這所擁有百年歷史的學校，是我的榮幸——它是彰化縣最古老的學校，也是社區口中「彰化文學家的搖籃」。我們的孩子每天行經歷史建築北棟教室與詩文樹，提醒著他們：在這裡的學習，是一件比自己更宏大的事。
I believe in putting education first and the student at the center. My hope is that Chungshan remains a place where tradition and innovation meet — where children inherit a proud heritage and, at the same time, gain the tools and the confidence to step onto the world's stage in two languages.

個人有幸擔任中山國小校長，秉持「以教育為優先，以學生為主體」的信念，肩負校務的重任，聚焦於「創新卓越、專業精進、關懷成長、夥伴合作」四大面向辦學理念，帶領全體教師、學生、家長及社區人士，邁向「全贏的學校」發展。
一、創新卓越：營造開放創新、生動活潑的空間環境與制度，激勵師生勇於描繪想像、好奇、創造、發現的圖像，培養學生適應未來與挑戰新知的能力，以成就孩子美麗的未來。
