新學期還沒正式開始，朝興國小的志工老師已經先回到學校報到。拿起掃把、清掃落葉，把校園裡裡外外整理得乾乾淨淨，只為迎接孩子們回來的那一天。
A simple job like sweeping carries a lot of heart. Loving a school does not have to mean doing something grand. Sometimes it just means being willing, before the first day, to walk one more round and sweep one more time — so the children come back to a clean, comfortable campus.
看似簡單的掃地，背後卻藏著滿滿的心意。愛一所學校，不一定要做什麼轟轟烈烈的大事；有時候，就是願意在開學前多走一步、多掃一遍，讓孩子回來時看見一個乾淨、舒服的校園。
What the children see is a tidy campus. What they feel is that someone has been waiting for them to come home. Thank you to every volunteer helper — with you here, the Chaohsing campus always has a little extra warmth.
