On 31 August, Chaohsing's new first-graders walked through the school gate for the first time — a small hand held in the warm big hand of a parent, an ā-kong or an ā-má. It was the start of a brand-new learning journey.
8 月 31 日，朝興國小的小一新生第一次走進校門——一雙小手，牽著爸爸媽媽、阿公阿嬤溫暖的大手。這是一段嶄新學習旅程的起點。
This year's welcome fell during Grandparents' Week. From picking up a name tag and exploring the campus to a reading corner and healthy-habit game stations, every activity left a memory shared between children, parents and grandparents.
今年的迎新剛好在祖孫週。從領取名牌、校園探索，到書香作伴、健康闖關，每一個活動都留下珍貴的親子與祖孫回憶。
Thank you to the families and elders who walked this important first step beside the children, and to the principal, the association chair and all the teachers, who welcomed every new friend with plenty of love.
