Celebrating more than a hundred years of history, Chaohsing Elementary School has been a cornerstone in cultivating talents who contribute to our nation and society. As a well-established rural school in Shetou Township, we take pride in a long-standing tradition of academic and creative excellence.
朝興國小是一所百年歷史的學校，歷經一世紀的歲月，孕育栽培了許多國家社會的人才，不管是對國家、社會或教育，長期以來都貢獻良多。本校地處社頭鄉，屬一般地區小學，長年以學術與創作的卓越傳統為傲。
Our school-based curriculum is uniquely designed to enhance students’ aesthetic appreciation and creative ability. Through arts-and-culture themed teaching, children create works of their own, so that creativity and daily life grow together and an eye for beauty comes naturally.

Painted large across the outdoor stage, below hills and a rainbow, are the four phrases the school lives by. They set the tone for everything at Chaohsing: a healthy childhood, learning that feels good, an optimistic outlook, and the confidence to make something new.

Chaohsing’s curriculum is built to grow children’s aesthetic sense and creative power. Through arts-and-culture themed teaching, students make works of their own — putting the idea that creativity and life belong together into daily practice.
朝興的課程以培養孩子的美感力與創作力為核心。透過藝文深耕的主題教學，學生創作屬於自己的作品，把「創作與生活合一」的理念，落實在每一天的學習裡。
Shetou Township has a clear identity of its own, built on socks and guava. A series of hands-on activities lets children make things with their hands and come to understand the beauty of their home — the “town of stockings” and its orchards. The school’s “LIFE” food-and-farming course is designed together by teachers and students, with units such as the Food-Safety School, Knitting Guava Dolls, Pineapple Milk Custard, Getting to Know Guava, and the Foothill Pineapple Young-Farmer Field Trip. Its goals — innovative, local, diverse, agricultural, food-safe — are shaped to fit children of every age, so that learning about local heritage stays joyful.
社頭鄉的地方意象明確，以襪子與芭樂為發想，學校安排系列活動，讓孩子動手做、認識「絲襪故鄉」與芭樂園之美，落實生活美學。朝興的「LIFE」在地食農教育課程由師生共同參與設計，內容包含「食安小學堂」、「編織芭樂公仔」、「美味鳳梨奶烙」、「認識芭樂你我他」與「山腳鳳梨少農踏查趣」等系統課程，展現「創新、在地、多樣、農業、食安」的學習目標，符合不同年齡層學童的需求，讓孩子從課程中快樂認識在地傳產。
