Five core values guided students through sushi-making, sweet-twist pastry, eco-enzyme, Tianzhong pottery, the weather station, and an HSR station tour.
Students became community explorers — ordering food in English, buying tickets at the HSR station, interviewing farmers, and learning Tianzhong pottery.
Students learned to be English ambassadors for Tianzhong — the "Rice Granary of Taiwan" — exploring the 1937 granary, Zhuoshui River rice culture, and the Babaozun Rice brand.
