After nearly four months of work, the wait is over — and the transformation makes every bit of the inconvenience worth it. The east-side restrooms in Luoqing's back building have reopened, brighter, more thoughtful, and more welcoming than ever.
The new all-gender restroom gives every user real privacy — its own lighting, automatic flushing, and a shelf to set down a bag or books, so nobody has to juggle their things at the sink.
The accessible stall was designed around real needs: a hook that's actually within reach, water-saving flush options, a privacy screen, and an emergency call button for anyone who needs help.
And this is only the beginning.
