Huatan’s eighth-graders traveled to Changhua Commercial High School for a hands-on career exploration day — stepping out of the classroom and into real working scenarios built to spark discovery.

The day covered a wide range of career paths: a financial board game, retail customer service, mug-stamping and badge design, interactive English learning, hands-on science experiments, and baking, cooking, and food marketing — letting students feel the character of each field for themselves.
In the financial board game, students practiced planning and decision-making. In the design and craft stations, they turned ideas into real objects. In the food and technology activities, they learned the value of hands-on teamwork.
Every attempt was a small act of courage into the unknown; every hands-on project built problem-solving skills and a sense of responsibility.
The career exploration day did more than let students enjoy learning by doing — it helped them understand their own interests and talents a little better, and planted seeds for the paths they may choose to grow into.
本校八年級學生前往彰商參加國中職業體驗營，透過多元職科課程與實作體驗，引領學生走出課堂、貼近真實情境，展開一場充滿探索與啟發的學習旅程。活動內容涵蓋理財桌遊、門市服務、馬克杯燙印、創意徽章設計、英語互動學習、趣味科學實作，以及烘培點心與創意餐點製作與行銷等，讓學生在親身參與中，感受不同職群的專業特色與學習魅力。
在理財桌遊中，同學學習規劃與判斷；在設計與手作課程中，透過創意發想將想像化為作品；在生活科技與餐飲實作中，則體驗動手操作與團隊合作的重要性。每一次嘗試，都是對未知領域的勇敢探索；每一次實作，也都是培養問題解決能力與責任感的歷程。
此次職業體驗營不僅讓學生感受到「做中學、學中做」的樂趣，更幫助孩子逐步認識自身興趣與潛能，拓展對未來學習方向的想像，為人生道路播下更多探索與成長的種子。
