The four-day 2026–27 Changhua County Magistrate’s Cup Basketball Tournament has come to a close! With strong teams from sports classes all across the county, the competition was fierce — which made reaching the podium all the harder. Congratulations to Hsiushui Junior High: all three of our teams won third place!
為期四天的 115 學年度縣長盃籃球錦標賽終於畫下句點！彰化縣體育班強敵環伺，競爭格外激烈，能夠脫穎而出、站上頒獎台更加不易！恭喜秀水國中籃球隊三軍出擊、全數站上頒獎台，榮獲季軍！
These results are more than an honor — they come from every player’s hard practice, teamwork, effort and refusal to give up.
三組皆獲得季軍，這份成績不只是榮耀，更是每一位選手努力練習、團隊合作與永不放棄的成果！

Principal Lai came to the gym to cheer the players on — and treated the whole team to drinks. The basketball parents’ support group was there at every game, too, with water, sports drinks and after-game snacks; one family even treated everyone to fried chicken!
感謝賴姵伶校長特地到場為選手們加油打氣，更貼心地請選手們喝飲料！也大大感謝籃球後援會，從飲水後援、運動飲料到賽後點心補充，默默守護著每一位選手，還有家長請孩子們吃雞排！場場不缺席的加油聲，是孩子們在球場上最強大的力量。
When the good news arrived, Parents’ Association President Wang Ming-chieh (王明傑) praised the players and donated NT$10,000 to the team’s development fund — supporting the team with action.
捷報傳來，家長會王明傑會長肯定孩子們的表現，同時挹注籃球隊發展基金 1 萬元，用行動支持孩子們發光發亮。
The tournament is over, but the Hsiushui basketball story goes on. Keep working, keep growing, keep playing for Hsiushui — go, team!
