On August 17th, Hsinmin joined the In-Person School Matching Meet & Co-Planning Workshop, meeting partner schools and ETA/ETF (foreign English teaching) partners through self-introductions, school matching exchanges, and curriculum discussions — kicking off an exciting new semester of international education and English learning collaboration!
From "meeting" to "co-planning lessons," we hope that through cross-school exchange and Taiwanese-foreign teacher collaboration, English can become more than classroom learning — a bridge for children to explore and connect with the world.

8/17，新民國小參與「實體學校配對相見歡暨備課工作坊」，與各校夥伴及ETA／ETF外籍英語教學夥伴相聚，透過自我介紹、學校配對交流與課程討論，一起為新學期的國際教育與英語學習展開精彩的合作！
從「相見歡」到「共備課程」，期待透過跨校交流與中外師協作，讓英語不只是課堂上的學習，更能成為孩子探索世界、與世界交流的橋樑。

今年新民國小很開心迎來新的ETA——Judy Liu！Judy來自美國加州洛杉磯，2026年畢業於Wesleyan University，主修政治學與法文；曾擔任學生會副主席及Mock Trial Team隊長，具備豐富的領導與團隊經驗。她也會說英文、中文（Mandarin）及法文，並曾赴法國巴黎交換學習。
Judy過去也累積多元的教學經驗，包括：2019–2022擔任線上英文家教，教授亞洲學生英語會話；2024年於法國擔任法語課程助教；2026年擔任Beman Middle School Tutor，協助多語學習者學習。
而她今年最重要的目標，就是——Help students become more confident speaking English! 讓孩子更有自信開口說英語！
相信有了Judy的加入，將為新民孩子帶來更多元、更生活化的英語學習經驗，也讓「在新民，遇見更好的自己」持續發生。期待新學期，和Judy一起陪伴孩子勇敢開口、自在表達、走向國際。
