A school where the rice barn of Changhua learns to sing — in two languages.

Hsinmin Elementary was formally established in 2003 in Tianzhong Township, the historic "rice barn" of Changhua, nourished by the 300-year-old Bagua Canal. From its String Ensemble (2010) and Flute Ensemble (2011) to its bilingual and international education programs, Hsinmin grows learners who are creative, independent, and kind.

新民國小於 2003 年正式立校，坐落於有「田中米倉」之稱的彰化縣田中鎮，受三百年八堡圳灌溉文化滋養。從弦樂團（2010）、長笛合奏團（2011）到雙語與國際教育，新民培養具創意、自主與責任感的孩子，以「永續、多元、優質、卓越」為辦學精神。
