Welcome to Hsinmin Elementary. I have always believed that the greatest charm of education is to give every child hope — to help each one discover their own potential and become wonderfully, uniquely themselves. At its heart, education is about touching children's hearts and igniting their passion to learn.

Guided by a holistic philosophy of being adaptive, equitable, excellent, and cross-domain, our school blueprint is simple: that every child grows up healthy, learns effectively, and connects with the world. From our string and flute ensembles to our IE-GC international class, we open windows to the wider world — and I am honoured to walk this path alongside our teachers and children.

歡迎來到新民國小。我始終相信，教育最大的魅力，是讓每一位學生擁有希望——幫助每個孩子發現自己的潛能，活出與眾不同的自己。教育的核心，是「觸動學生的心靈，引發學習的熱情」。

我以「適性、均等、卓越、跨域」為主軸的全人教育理念，描繪出師生「健康成長、有效學習、與世界接軌」的學校藍圖。從弦樂團、長笛團到 IE-GC 國際班，我們為孩子打開看見世界的窗。很榮幸能與新民的老師和孩子們，一起走在這條成長的路上。
