Recently, our sixth graders rolled up their sleeves and became little bakers, making fragrant Taiwanese egg cakes (雞蛋糕) with their own hands! 🤩
From cracking eggs and measuring the egg-cake mix and soy milk to stirring the batter and pouring it into the molds, everyone got to try every step. It looks like a simple snack, but once you make it yourself, you learn that the amounts matter, stirring takes care, and waiting for the cakes to bake takes a little patience! 👩🍳👨🍳

近日，六年級的孩子們捲起袖子，當起小小烘焙師，親手製作香噴噴的雞蛋糕🤩
從打蛋、量取雞蛋糕粉與豆漿，到攪拌麵糊、倒入模具，每個步驟都得自己試一試。看似簡單的小點心，動手做才知道，份量要留意、攪拌要仔細，等待出爐更需要一點耐心👩🍳👨🍳
