Every school community is shaped by the people who pour their heart into it. At Hsinmin Elementary, few have done so as quietly — and as beautifully — as Director Tai Feng-tian (戴豐田). And now, after two years of dedicated service, he is embarking on a remarkable new chapter: he has been appointed as the Principal of Shuiwei Elementary School in Xizou Township.
During his time at Hsinmin, Director Tai served as General Affairs Director and Parent Association Secretary — a role that rarely receives the spotlight, yet touches every corner of school life. From campus environment improvements and engineering projects to administrative coordination and parent association affairs, he approached every task with meticulous care, a proactive spirit, and a warm, genuine smile.
To his colleagues, he was a partner they could always count on. To our parents, a sincere and caring administrator. To our children, a kind, patient grown-up who always had a smile ready. His two years at Hsinmin were not just years of service — they were years of genuine care, steady dedication, and quietly making the school a better, more beautiful, and more welcoming place.
Now, as he steps into the role of principal, the Hsinmin family sends him off with full hearts and the warmest congratulations.
