On 31 August, Hemei Elementary held a welcome party for the new first graders. The children walked through the “Clever and Safe Gate” and the “Good and Happy Gate”, while parents and teachers welcomed them with warm applause and wished them happy days and joyful learning.

The party opened with music from the string orchestra, followed by a lion dance, energetic dancing, a fun movement session led by “Sister Lulu”, and a warm performance of “Star of Courage” by the EQ volunteers — laughter all around.
迎新派對在弦樂團悠揚的樂聲中揭幕，舞獅迎新、活力熱舞、露露姐姐帶來歡樂律動，以及 EQ 志工溫馨演出《勇氣之星》，全場歡笑不斷。
The high point was “Big Bear Brother” and his dream-like magic bubbles: the shining bubbles stood for dreams, and a wish that the children chase them bravely. The party ended with class photos together with the principal and the parents’ association chair.
大熊葛格夢幻的魔術泡泡掀起高潮，亮晶晶的泡泡象徵夢想，祝福孩子們勇敢追夢；迎新活動也在各班與校長、會長的合影中圓滿落幕。
This was more than a welcome event — it was a precious first page in each child’s growing-up story. Big hands, little hands: welcome to the happy Hemei family!
