Hemei Elementary School is led by Principal Ho Ling-ju, who was sworn in on 1 August 2026 as the school’s sixteenth principal. Her career has moved steadily from the classroom to school leadership, and along the way she has come to see three things as the foundation of a school’s progress: curriculum development, teacher professionalism and student learning.
和美國小由何鈴茹校長帶領，於民國 115 年 8 月 1 日就任，是和美國小第十六任校長。她的教育生涯，從教學現場一路走到學校領導；一路走來，她將課程發展、教師專業與學生學習視為學校進步的重要基礎。
Her starting point is a belief about children: give them love and light, and they will carry hope, and the courage to press forward.

Her name carries the idea: a bell (鈴) and a nurturing heart (茹).
校長的名字裡就藏著這句話——「鈴」是鈴聲，「茹」是灌溉的心。
Principal Ho often puts her hope for Hemei in a single line: where there is love in education, Hemei has no limits.
