The last chapter of Chungshan's mountain education program was also its toughest — and its most rewarding. Over two days, our students crossed rugged ridges, tested their legs on rocky trails, and stood together on more than one summit.
Six peaks in one day — and not one child gave up.
On the first day, the children climbed up and down the Sanyuan traverse, crossing six mountain peaks one after another. By evening, everyone was truly worn out. But a steaming bowl of instant noodles and the laughter of sleeping side by side on the shared bunk-room floor seemed to melt all the tiredness away.
After a good night's rest, the children woke up full of energy to take on Huoyan Mountain (Fire Mountain). Perhaps it was the "training" of the day before, but today their steps felt especially light. With laughter and cheerful voices, they made it all the way to the top.

Although this mountain education journey has come to an end, we hope it has planted in the children's hearts a seed — a love of nature that will keep growing, stronger and taller, in the years ahead.
山野教育終站：三員縱走與火炎山
第一天在三員縱走中翻山越嶺，連過六座山頭，孩子們真的都累壞了。但夜晚一碗熱騰騰的泡麵、大家一起睡通鋪的笑鬧聲，似乎讓滿身疲憊煙消雲散。
經過一晚的充分休息，孩子精神飽滿挑戰火炎山。或許是經歷了前一天的「磨練」，今天的步伐顯得格外輕盈，帶著歡聲笑語順利登頂。
這趟山野教育雖然結束了，但希望在孩子們心中種下熱愛大自然的種子，持續成長茁壯。
