Principal Chen took office in August 2025 as the 13th leader of Chung Hsing Elementary. As the school approaches its 70th anniversary, his question is a simple one a graduate once asked him — "Everything has changed except the playground; how do we leave children a lasting green memory?"陳世杰校長於 2025 年 8 月接任中興國小第十三任校長。面對即將到來的 70 週年，他常記得一位校友的話——「除了操場，其餘都變了」，並以此自問：如何為孩子留下長久的綠色回憶？
