“Hello everyone, I'm Lin Mao-hsing, the Principal of Chengkung Elementary School in Changhua County. It's great to talk about our school today!

We are a remote school by the Zhuoshui River, but our teachers are truly amazing. We offer many special programs beyond regular lessons. Our students learn visual arts, music, and Hakka culture with lion dance. We also have active sports clubs for basketball and dance. We work hard to give our students a rich education and help them shine.

We also focus on English and International Education with great teachers. We want our students to understand their local roots while also seeing the bigger world. Thank you for listening. We are committed to making Chengkung Elementary School a wonderful place for all our students to learn and grow.”

學經歷 · 從萬來國小到成功國小

1990

Began teaching at Wanlai Elementary

台東師專畢業，分發北斗鎮萬來國小服務（民國 79 年）。

2003

M.A. in Children's Literature, NTTU

國立台東大學兒童文學研究所碩士畢業；同年起借調語文領域輔導團專任輔導員。

2004

Qualified as a Director; served at Chaoyang Elementary

考取主任，調溪州鄉潮洋國小擔任教導主任及總務主任（民國 93 年）。

2011

Qualified as a Principal

考取校長，借調縣府學管科（民國 100 年）。

2012

Principal of Qingshan Elementary, Yuanlin

遴選至員林鎮青山國小擔任校長（民國 101 年）。

2014

Ph.D. in Language Education, NTCU

國立臺中教育大學語文教育學系博士畢業，取得語文教學博士學位（民國 103 年）。

2018

Principal of Nanzhou Elementary

遴選至南州國小擔任校長（民國 107 年）；長年擔任新住民輔導團召集人。

Today

Principal of Chengkung Elementary

現任成功國小校長，並擔任彰化縣語文領域輔導團召集人、國語文競賽作文組召集人、新住民語文教學支援人員培訓講師。
