Principal Lin Yuan-ping leads Yushin with a single guiding line: "rooted at home, eyes on the world, learners for life." Her teaching philosophy is just as clear — "to pour fresh water into every child's life, and create moments that lift them to their peak."
She holds a master's degree in Special Education from National Changhua University of Education, and completed the national training programs for both elementary principals and directors. Before Yushin, she served Changhua's Education Department as a curriculum supervisor, as a mentor on the county's integrative-studies guidance team, and as a seed instructor for the 108 Curriculum and for local-language education.
Her care for students has been recognized again and again: Changhua Outstanding Special-Education Teacher (2007), the Ministry of Education's Outstanding Digital-Companion Teacher (2016), and the 8th "Educator of Great Love" Distinguished Teacher Award (2019).
