Why 3x3 為什麼是 3x3？
Yangming's inter-class basketball is run as 3-on-3, the way pickup basketball has always been played. The format gets every kid more touches, more decisions, and more honest contact with the game than the formal 5-on-5 league does — and it doubles the number of teams that can fit a single afternoon. By the end of the day, every 8th-grade homeroom has played at least one match against a classmate from another wing of the building.
陽明的班際籃球賽採3 對 3形式——這是街頭籃球本來就有的玩法。比起正式的 5 對 5 聯賽，3x3 讓每個孩子有更多碰球機會、更多臨場判斷、與球賽更實在的接觸——同時一個下午能跑完更多場次。到傍晚為止，二年級每一個班，至少都跟另外一棟樓的同學打過一場。
The trophy isn't really the point. The point is that everyone in the grade walks home knowing what their classmates can do under pressure — which, in the end, is the real currency of a community.
獎盃其實不是重點。重點是整個年級的每一個人，回家時都已經知道自己的同學在壓力下會怎麼反應——而這件事，往往才是一個社群真正的貨幣。
