Hand in Hand, a Happy Voyage Begins

Santiao Elementary gave a big, warm welcome to its newest first-graders today! Led by the principal and the chair of the parents' association, the children held their heads high and walked through the "Gate of Wisdom" and the "Gate of Diligence" — two rainbow arches that open a brand-new journey.

三條國小今天熱鬧迎接最可愛的一年級新生！在校長與家長會長帶領下，寶貝們昂首跨過「聰明門」與「勤學門」兩座彩虹拱門，正式開啟小學新旅程。

The school harmonica band played a cheerful tune, "Green, Green Pastures," and the children showed their good manners in two small ceremonies: offering tea to their teachers with respect, and helping their parents put on a pair of socks to say thank you.

現場除了口琴隊歡樂演奏「牧場上綠油油」，孩子們也透過「敬師奉茶」與「孝親穿襪」展現知禮感恩的美德。

Every new student then received a "Backpack of Love" — a backpack packed with school supplies and blessings from everyone at Santiao — before the whole family gathered for a big group photo.

收下滿載祝福的「愛的背包」後，大家更開心地留下珍貴大合照。

The morning closed with a parent–teacher meeting, where families heard about the school's plans and curriculum for the year. Home and school, side by side, build the strongest bridge a child can walk across.

活動尾聲的「親師座談會」，讓家長深入了解學校辦學與課程規劃，親師攜手為孩子搭建最堅實的成長橋樑。
