Santiao Elementary is a small, happy school beside the Zhuoshui River in Sijhou Township, Changhua. Here children do not only study — they play the harmonica, practise taekwondo and take the stage to dance, learning to keep a balance between hard work and joy.
三條國小是一所位在濁水溪畔的幸福小學。我們的孩子不只是讀書——他們手拿口琴、腳踢跆拳，站上舞台跳舞，在忙碌的學習生活中，學會平衡努力與快樂。
Alongside a strong academic programme, Santiao offers seven free after-school clubs, all-day care until 5:30 every weekday, summer and winter camps and learning support — so that every child is looked after, and every child has somewhere to find what they are good at.
除了扎實的學科課程，三條還開辦七大免費社團，週一至週五課後照顧到下午 5：30，並辦理寒暑假營隊與學習扶助——讓每個孩子都被照顧，也讓每個孩子都能找到自己的舞台。
We are proud to build a bilingual learning environment, with teaching in both Mandarin and English, and an outward-looking programme of English certification, themed lessons, festival activities, visiting foreign English teachers and the NTU International Companions exchange.

Two things everyone remembers about Santiao.

Santiao's playing field is all grass, wrapped by a 200-metre standard PU running track painted in rainbow colours — the only one of its kind in the whole county. Rising from the middle of it all is a hundred-year banyan so wide and so cared for that it is spoken of as one of the most beautiful school trees in Taiwan. Children run their laps in its shade.
三條的操場是全草地大操場，外圈環繞著一條200 公尺標準 PU 彩虹跑道——這是全縣唯一的一條。操場中央，是一棵樹冠寬闊、照顧得極好的百年老榕，被譽為「全國最美校樹」；孩子們就在它的樹蔭下一圈一圈地跑。

學校雖小，能做的事情很多。
Every Santiao child can join the Taiko drum, harmonica, painting, ocarina, dance, taekwondo and the Wisdom Ball — seven after-school clubs that cost families nothing. The harmonica club places in the top three at the county music contest almost every year, and took second place in 2023–24. 每位三條孩子都能參加太鼓、口琴、繪畫、陶笛、舞蹈、跆拳道與巧智球等七大免費社團。口琴社幾乎年年在彰化縣音樂比賽名列前三，112 學年度更獲得第二名。
Santiao's taekwondo team is only a few years old but has already brought home a stack of county medals — gold, silver and bronze — along with sparring titles. The school's rope-skipping team took first place overall at the Sijhou township contest. 三條的跆拳道隊成軍才幾年，已在彰化縣賽拿下大量金、銀、銅牌與對打冠亞軍；跳繩隊在福樟盃（溪州鄉）比賽榮獲總成績第一名。
The great majority of Santiao's teachers hold a master's degree or higher. The team runs professional-growth study and open observation classes every year, so the people in front of your child are both qualified and genuinely keen. 三條國小教師團隊絕大多數具碩士以上學歷，每年辦理教師成長進修與公開觀課，兼具專業與熱情。
Alongside daily bilingual teaching, Santiao runs English learning certification, themed and festival lessons, campus English situations, visiting foreign English teacher (FET) walk-and-read classes and the NTU International Companions video-exchange programme. 除了日常雙語教學，三條推動英語學習認證、主題式與節慶教學、校園英語情境學習、外師（FET）到校走讀課程，以及台大國際學伴計畫。

Santiao is not only named a Three Goods Practice School — we live it. In the holidays our children perform for the residents of a centre for people with intellectual disabilities, and the whole school visits the Happy Mount Colony, so that what they see and do plants a small seed of kindness. 三條不只是三好校園實踐學校，我們更帶著孩子身體力行：利用假期到啟智中心表演，帶全校孩子走訪喜樂保育院，讓孩子從所見所聞中，在心裡種下良善的種子。
