Principal Hsieh Ching-sen is a son of Pitou. He graduated from this very school as part of its 13th class — and years later, he came home to lead the campus that shaped him. Few principals can say they walked the same corridors as their students once did.

At the school's 55th graduation, he urged students to "step forward and bravely face the challenges ahead," echoing the words of his own teachers. On the basketball court, in the classroom, and at every school event, he returns to one steady idea: character first, effort always.
