On our field trip to the Shetou Farmers' Association, teachers from the 4-H Club showed us how to make mugwort hammers. Mugwort goes inside a ball of pretty cloth, and then we wrapped string around the handle — slowly and tightly, from the top down.到社頭農會參觀時，四健會的老師教我們做艾草捶。把艾草包進漂亮的花布裡，再用繩子從上往下，慢慢地、密密地纏繞出握柄。
