Since 2024
When Principal Tseng Chun-yao walked through Minsheng's gate in August 2024, he became the twelfth person to take that walk — the twelfth hand on the keys of a school first opened, in 1916, inside the courtyard of the Changhua Confucius Temple. He came to us from Macuo Elementary in Sihhu Township, the school he led before this one.
Eleven principals had walked here before him — from Cheng Mao-lin, who took office four months after Taiwan's retrocession in December 1945, to Hong Rong-yan, his immediate predecessor. The leadership ledger of Minsheng is not a list of names; it is a chain of hands, each handing the school on a little steadier than they found it.
2024 年 8 月，曾俊堯校長走進民生國小校門，成為這所百年小學中的第十二任校長——也就是從 1916 年在彰化孔廟廟埕開學以來，第十二雙握過民生鑰匙的手。他從溪湖鎮媽厝國小調任而來，那是他在民生之前所服務的學校。
在他之前，有十一位校長走過這條路。民生的歷任校長名單不只是一張名單，而是一條手與手相接的鎖鏈，每一雙手都把學校交到下一雙手裡，比接過時，再穩一些。
