Mr. Zheng, the owner of Ah-Zhen Meat Buns — a name every Lukang visitor knows — is a Lukang Elementary alumnus. For years he has quietly supported the school that raised him, turning his feeling for his old school into real help for the children who study there now.
鹿港人與觀光客都熟悉的阿振肉包，老闆鄭先生是鹿港國小的校友。多年來，他默默支持著這所曾經培育他的學校，把對母校的情感，化成對現在在校孩子的實際幫助。
He pays for a standing subscription to the Mandarin Daily News for the school, so that reading stays part of everyday campus life and children widen their view and build knowledge page by page. He has given copies of the book On Self-Cultivation to teachers and parents, hoping a good book shared will deepen the way adults think about reading and education. And he has donated NT$100,000 to the school development fund, so that more of the school's ideas can become real classrooms, real activities, and a better place to learn.
他長期補助學校訂閱《國語日報》，讓閱讀成為校園裡美好的日常，孩子在一頁一頁之間拓展視野、累積知識；他致贈《談修養》一書給教師與家長，希望透過好書分享，增進親師對閱讀與教育的思考；他也捐助學校發展基金 10 萬元，讓更多教育理念能化為實際的課堂與活動，為孩子創造更好的學習環境。
