Third-Grade Field Trip · Rainy-Day Adventurers雨天的探險家：三年級校外教學趣

On a Tuesday morning in May, the sky scattered a fine drizzle, as if washing the dust from our adventure. Strangely enough, just as everyone shouldered their backpacks and gathered to set off, the rain obediently stopped!

Though the ground was still wet, nothing could dim the children's bright smiles. The third-grade little adventurers set off for a theme park full of surprises and a whole day of fantastic fun.

Our trail of laughter through the park: the Crown Swing — the most comfortable cradle in the sky, where one child rode four times in a row, declaring it 'so wonderfully relaxing!'; Jungle Rafting, weaving through the splashes for a little thrill; the Sonic Spin, turning to the rhythm and feeling the rush of speed; Bumper Cars, a test of driving skill that crashed out plenty of laughter; the Flying Elephants — 'Hey, I'm flying high!' — with each child a professional little elephant pilot; and the Mine Coaster, a real test of courage as children challenged the teachers to see whose scream was the most 'terrifying' (it seems the teachers got carried away too!).

A warm time of sharing: the children showed great planning skills — some held the map like professionals, earnestly noting down each ride they had conquered. At the long-awaited lunchtime, everyone sat on the ground, happily sharing the food their families had prepared, or using their pocket money to buy a snack to trade with good friends. What they shared was not just food, but pure friendship.

Though a light drizzle came and went, today our memories were filled entirely with joyful smiles.
