Congratulations to Chen Yu-chen (陳宥甄), who earned an Honorable Mention in the elementary upper-grade painting category of the Changhua County SY115 Student Art Competition, placing in the county's Top 16! 👏 Across the county there were 64 Honorable Mention winners in the upper-grade group, and Yu-chen stood out with real talent.
