Welcome to Ershui Elementary School. Our principal, Chen Ching-te (陳靜德), believes that children are the hope of our future — and that education is the bridge that carries them toward their dreams. After many years as a classroom teacher, a department head, and a county curriculum supervisor, she came to Ershui to build a school full of love, hope, energy, and happiness.
歡迎來到二水國小。本校校長陳靜德相信，孩子是國家社會未來的希望，而教育正是引領孩子邁向理想與未來的橋樑。歷任教師、各處室主任與彰化縣課程督學多年後，她來到二水，要打造一所充滿愛與希望、幸福與活力的學校。
She often shares a line she loves: "Stand on your tiptoes and raise the lamp a little higher — and you can light the way for many more." For her, that is exactly what a principal should do: help every child learn to explore the world, care for people and the environment, and grow into the very best of who they can be.
她常分享一句最喜歡的話：「踮起腳尖把燈提高，可以照亮更多的人。」對她而言，校長就是那個把燈提高的人——幫助每個孩子學會探索世界、關懷人群與環境，適性揚才、成為最好的自己。
