Four-Sense Education

四感教育 · 辦學願景藍圖

Principal Lyu's vision centres on four Chinese verbs, each beginning with a different "感" (sense/feeling) family word — move, push, follow, inspire. The four senses run through every Dajuang lesson, every staff meeting, and every conversation with a parent.
呂校長的辦學願景由四個動詞構成「四感教育」——感動、推動、跟進、激勵,貫穿在大莊國小的日常。

A school is its people. Before any curriculum, the principal asks: "Are the teachers, students, and parents emotionally with us?" If not, the curriculum doesn't matter.
