Principal Kuo Jia-wen (郭佳文) became the fifth principal of Changsing Junior High on August 1, 2025. He arrived from Beidou Junior High, where he had served as principal with a record that earned broad recognition from the Changhua County Department of Education.
郭佳文校長於 2025 年 8 月 1 日（民國 114 年 8 月）接任彰興國中第五任校長。他從北斗國中轉任，在北斗任職期間表現亮眼，獲彰化縣政府充分肯定。
