At the 114th-year Technology Education Creative Practice Competition's Information Technology division, held at National Taiwan Normal University, team "Changhua Xing Coder" — Changsing students Wu Jing-ze and Shih Cheng-yun, teamed with Jingcheng Junior High's Yu Yi-hsun — won the National Silver Award and the Smart Policy Collaboration Award.
114學年度科技教育創意實作競賽資訊科技組，在國立臺灣師範大學舉行的全國賽事中，「彰化興Coder」隊——由彰興國中吳京澤、施程允與精誠國中尤奕勛組隊——勇奪全國銀牌獎與智策協作獎。
At the Ministry of Education's National Vocational Skills Competition for industrial disciplines, Changsing student Chen Yu-cheng placed second nationally in the Industrial Wiring category — building and wiring a working control panel complete with switches, indicator lights, and timers.
在教育部主辦的全國高級中等學校工業類科學生技藝競賽中，彰興國中學生陳俞澄在工業配線組獲得全國第二名——親手完成一組含開關、指示燈與計時器的配線控制盤。
At the Changhua County 114th-year Junior High Skills Education Curriculum Competition awards ceremony — themed "Skills Shine, Careers Without Limits" — Changsing students collected honors across multiple craft and technology categories. The same year, the program's coordinator, Lai Chia-ling, was recognized nationally as an Outstanding Skills Education Personnel, a rare honor reflecting years of steady work behind the scenes.
在彰化縣114學年度國中技藝教育課程競賽頒獎典禮暨成果發表活動「技藝群英現，職涯創無限」中，彰興學生在多項技藝與科技類科獲獎肯定。同一學年度，技藝教育組長賴佳鈴老師也獲選為全國技藝教育績優人員——這份殊榮，是她多年幕後耕耘的最佳見證。
At the National Student Music Competition, Changsing was represented on two fronts: a 7th-grader on solo violin and an 8th-grader on solo flute — both earning an Excellence Award (優等) in the junior high B division.
全國學生音樂比賽中，彰興國中兩位學生同時獲獎：702班林○萱同學（小提琴獨奏）與818班白○竣同學（笛獨奏），雙雙在國中B組獲得優等佳績。
Changsing's student team brought home a Platinum Award at the International Schools CyberFair — one of the most prestigious student web-project competitions in the world. The project showcased the school's bilingual identity and community engagement work, combining research, design, and English presentation for a global audience of judges.

The Ministry of Education certified Changsing as an Immersive English Teaching Characteristic School — recognizing that English here is not confined to one class period. Science demonstrations, morning PA announcements, PE coaching, and leadership videos all happen in English. When international visitors arrive, Changsing students serve as bilingual guides — because they practice every day.
教育部認證彰興為沉浸式英語教學特色學校——英語不只是一堂課，而是融入科學實驗、早晨廣播、體育指導與行政影片的日常語言。外賓來訪時，彰興學生主動擔任雙語導覽員，因為他們每天都在練習。
On August 1, 2025, Kuo Jia-wen became the fifth principal of Changsing Junior High, succeeding the highly regarded Wu Li-yue, who built the school's outstanding academic reputation over seven years before moving on to Changtai Junior High. Principal Kuo arrived from Beidou Junior High, where his leadership earned broad recognition. His appointment to Changsing — the county's most enrollment-competitive junior high — signals the high expectations placed on the school's next era.
2025 年 8 月 1 日，郭佳文正式接任彰興國中第五任校長，接棒任內奠定亮眼升學口碑的吳麗月校長（吳麗月校長調任彰泰國中）。郭校長從北斗國中轉來，辦學表現廣獲肯定；接掌全縣最熱門的國中，代表各界對彰興下一個十年的高度期待。
Changsing's physical education class offers specialized training in badminton, table tennis, and swimming. One class of up to 29 students — male and female — is admitted each year through a two-stage process: a county-wide fitness test (minimum score: 65) followed by a specialty performance test. The program trains student athletes who compete at inter-school and county levels while maintaining full academic participation.
彰興體育班開設羽球、桌球、游泳三項專長，每年一班最多 29 名男女生。招生分兩階段：縣體適能測驗（65 分以上合格）→ 專長測驗。學生同時接受競技訓練與完整學業課程，在校際和縣級賽事中代表學校出賽。
Changsing holds both the SIEP (School International Education Project) and ISA (International Schools Award) — two internationally benchmarked designations that certify a school's commitment to global citizenship and cross-cultural communication. Both programs require systematic evidence of international education embedded across the curriculum, not just as an annual event, and position Changsing students as citizens of a wider world.
彰興同時獲得 SIEP（學校國際教育計畫）與 ISA（國際學校獎）雙認證——這兩項國際標準均要求學校將全球素養系統地融入課程，而不僅是辦辦活動點個到。這兩個標章代表：彰興的學生，是有國際視野的公民。
Since being designated a National Reading Milestone School (閱讀磐石學校) by the Ministry of Education in 2011, Changsing has kept building. A team promotion award followed in 2015. The library stays busy. Themed reading events mark every semester. Changsing's conviction is simple: a student who reads well, learns better — in every subject, in any language.
彰興自民國 100 年（2011）榮獲教育部全國閱讀磐石學校認定後，閱讀推動的腳步從未停歇——104 年再獲閱讀磐石獎團體推手獎；圖書館人氣不減，每學期都有主題閱讀活動。學校相信：善於閱讀的孩子，每一科都學得更好；每一種語言，也說得更有底蘊。
