Xishi sits on the northern edge of Fuxing Township, where Yuan-Lu Road meets the east–west expressway — the road travellers take in and out of the historic town of Lukang. Behind the school runs the Fulu River; on a clear day the Bagua Mountain range stands to the east and the Taiwan Strait glints to the west.
