Principal Yang Su-ling holds a doctorate and a master's degree from National Changhua University of Education, and a bachelor's degree from National Pingtung Teachers College. Before leading Wunsiang Elementary, she built deep administrative experience across nearly every office in school leadership.
楊素綾校長擁有國立彰化師範大學博士、碩士學位，以及國立屏東師範學院學士學位。在接掌文祥國小之前，她已歷練過學校行政幾乎每一個崗位。
She has served as Director of Academic Affairs, Director of Student Affairs, Director of General Affairs, and Director of Guidance, as well as Cashier Section Chief and Teaching & Registration Section Chief — and, at the county level, as a Curriculum Supervisor for the Changhua County Government's Department of Education.
她曾擔任教務主任、教導主任、總務主任、輔導主任，也曾任出納組長、教學註冊組長；在縣府層級，她更擔任過彰化縣政府教育處課程督學。
Beyond Wunsiang, Principal Yang serves the wider county and national education system.
除了文祥國小，楊校長也持續在縣級與國家層級的教育體系中服務。
