Ready, set, go!
To help our kindergarten seniors move smoothly into elementary school, we arranged a warm and meaningful "Elementary Classroom Visit" at the end of term. With hearts full of both excitement and nerves, the children stepped into a real elementary classroom for the first time.
Led by an elementary teacher, they got a genuine taste of student life and a first look at their future learning space.
A brand-new environment.
An elementary classroom has fixed desks and chairs, a big blackboard, and so many textbooks — so different from their kindergarten classroom!
A different daily rhythm.
The children learned about Wenkai's class bell, discovered that elementary students keep a set schedule of textbooks, and listened to the older students reading aloud with focus — a glimpse of the concentration elementary school asks of them.
Gentle reminders from a real teacher.
We thank the elementary teacher for warmly introducing student life and reminding the children how important self-care and classroom routines will be.
Role models to look up to.
Watching the first-graders sit up straight, listen carefully, and raise their hands to answer questions, our kindergarten seniors got to see the very best kind of example.
Every child left excited about the elementary days ahead. Our thanks to Teacher Chiu-Ling of Class 2B and all the older students for the warm welcome, giving our seniors their very first taste of an elementary classroom.
大班幼兒國小大冒險！預備，GO！
為了讓幼小銜接更順利，我們在期末安排了一次溫馨又充實的「國小低年級教室參觀之旅」。孩子們懷著既期待又緊張的心情踏入國小教室。在國小老師的帶領下，我們實際體驗了小學生的日常，並認識了未來的學習空間。
環境新體驗：
國小教室有固定的課桌椅、大黑板和好多課本，跟幼兒園的教室很不一樣呢！
作息大不同：
認識了文開國小的「上課鐘聲」，也了解到小學有固定的課本，聽到國小哥哥姊姊琅琅的讀書聲，看到國小需要更專注的學習。
老師小提醒：
謝謝國小老師溫柔地向孩子們介紹小學生活，並提醒「自我照顧」和「上課常規」的重要性。
學長姐示範：
看到一年級的哥哥姊姊們挺直腰桿認真聽講、舉手解答一年級的疑惑，大班寶貝們也看到了最棒的榜樣！
孩子們都對未來的國小生活充滿了期待。感謝二年乙班秋玲老師及哥哥姐姐們的熱情接待，讓大班孩子有了國小教室的初體驗。
