Tianjhong Elementary School started in 1914, on the street of Tianzhong Town in the south-east corner of Changhua County. For more than a hundred years — through the work of generation after generation of teachers — it has been a place where children learn, grow and become their best selves, and its graduates go on to do well in every walk of life.
本校創立於民國三年（1914），位於彰化縣東南隅小鎮——田中鎮街上，至今已百餘年。在歷任師長的努力下，為社會、國家培育出許多傑出的人才，校友在各行各業都有傑出的表現。
Families here care deeply about their children's education, and the school and its teachers work hard to give every student a many-sided place to learn. Our hope is simple: that every child learns happily at "Happy Tianjhong", and sets sail brightly towards the future.

In the home of Changhua's rice.
田中是稻米的故鄉，我們的校園就在小鎮的心臟地帶。
Tianjhong sits right on Jhongjhou Road, in the middle of Tianzhong Town — a rice-farming township on the south-eastern edge of Changhua. The campus has grown alongside the town for over a century, and generations of local families have walked through its gate.
田中國小就在田中鎮中州路上，坐落於這座稻米之鄉的中心。百餘年來，校園與小鎮一起成長，一代又一代的田中子弟從這道校門走進校園、走向世界。

A bilingual school with a foreign English teacher and international education linked to our new-resident families, opening children's eyes to the world. School-wide reading, dual-language reading and SDGs discussion build strong reading and self-directed learning. 申請雙語教學與外師協同教學，結合新住民子女教育推動國際教育；由閱讀推動教師規劃全校閱讀，導入雙閱讀教學與 SDGs 議題，厚植孩子的閱讀力與自學力。
Information education with a robotics exploration course keeps children in step with AI. Through the "a tablet for every student" programme and online learning platforms, teaching is matched to each child's needs and self-directed learning is built up. 發展國小資訊教育，以機器人探索課程熟悉 AI 科技的脈動；導入「生生用平板」推展數位學習，運用線上學習平台依學生個別需求進行適性教學，培養自主學習能力。
Tianzhong is the home of rice. Our school-designed "Hometown Exploration" curriculum is built around the food, clothing, homes and travel of Tianzhong life, so children come to know the land they live on and grow a strong sense of who they are. 田中是稻米的故鄉，以田中的食衣住行為主軸規劃校定課程「鄉土探索」，讓孩子更認識生活的這片土地，培養自我認同。
A campus marathon, a badminton team, a baseball team and a rollerblading club — plus our "Tianjhong Marathon GO!" curriculum, tied to the town's community marathon, to build a lifelong habit of moving. Whole-person education of head, heart and will, with competency-based teaching and good character. 辦理校園馬拉松、羽球隊、棒球隊及直排輪社，並發展「田中馬拉松 GO！」校定課程，結合社區馬拉松比賽，培養孩子運動的好習慣；強調知、情、意，導入素養導向教學，健全學生良好品格。
