To help the incoming first-graders get to know the campus, Taiping ran a lively summer bilingual camp on 26 and 27 August. Teacher Gan Yao-hua and foreign English teacher Jovel joined forces to walk the children through their very first steps in bilingual learning — with a lot of laughing along the way. 🎉
為了讓即將入學的一年級寶貝們熟悉校園，學校在 8/26、8/27 舉辦了超熱鬧的暑期雙語營！由甘耀華老師與外師 Jovel 老師強強聯手，帶領孩子們在歡笑中跨出雙語學習的第一步！

8/26 — Living & Non-living Things. The children listened to a story, played a sorting game, and made their own very cute paper animals. 🐰
8/26 生物與非生物（Living & Non-living Things）：聽故事、玩分類遊戲，還動手做了超可愛的紙動物手作 🐰
8/27 — The Five Senses. They sang and danced a five-senses song, then took on the exciting Mystery Bag adventure and a relay race. 🐯

Through crafts, stories and team games, the children not only found the courage to speak English — they also made new friends and got to know a new place. Looking at all those smiles, we are sure our little ones can hardly wait to start their exciting life as elementary-school students!
