Twice a month, on Friday at 7:50 a.m., the whole school listens together. Teachers play a short recording by one of our English teachers, students answer five questions, and their score appears the moment they submit. A practical video library of the everyday English a teacher actually uses in the classroom: greetings and roll call, pre-class set-up, instructions, praise and correction, classroom management, lesson activities, assigning homework, wrapping up, and exam directions. Each video isolates one situation so the phrases stick on first hearing.
