Shuiwei Elementary School is led by Principal Tai Feng-tian, who took office in July 2026. He comes to the role after more than two decades in Changhua’s elementary schools — first as a homeroom teacher, then through almost every office in a school building, and most recently as a curriculum supervisor at the Changhua County Education Department.
水尾國小由戴豐田校長帶領，於民國 115 年 7 月就任。他帶著二十餘年的彰化國小教育資歷而來——從級任教師起步，走過學校幾乎每一個處室，再到彰化縣政府教育處課程督學。
That range shapes how he leads. Teaching, student discipline, counseling, general services, curriculum, general affairs, academic affairs, and a year of county-level policy work: he has seen a school from inside the classroom, from behind the office desk, and from the outside looking in. What he brings back to Shuiwei is a single sentence — we take every child on board.
這樣的歷練，形塑了他帶領學校的方式。教學、訓導、輔導、事務、課程、總務、教導，再加上一年的縣府課督視野；他看過教室裡的學校、辦公桌後的學校，也看過從外部望進來的學校。而他帶回水尾的，是一句話——成就每一個孩子。

A small school has something larger schools have to work hard for: time. At Shuiwei there is time to notice how each child learns, and room for each of them to find the thing they are good at.
