Shuiwei Elementary School is led by Principal Tai Feng-tian, who was sworn in on 31 July 2026. He came to the role from a long path through Changhua’s schools — special education, classroom teaching, school administration and the county education office — and holds a master’s degree in elementary education from National Taichung Teachers College and a bachelor’s in special education from National Tainan Teachers College.
水尾國小由戴豐田校長帶領，於民國 115 年 7 月 31 日宣誓就職。他一路走過彰化的校園——特殊教育、班級教學、學校行政，到縣府教育處——並取得國立臺中師範學院國教所碩士，以及國立臺南師範學院特殊教育學系學士。
That range shapes how he leads. He knows the county’s policy work from the inside, and he also knows what a single classroom, a school building project or a difficult parent conversation asks of a teacher. His aim for Shuiwei is simple: a school where teachers are supported and children believe in themselves.
這樣的歷練，形塑了他帶領學校的方式。他熟悉縣府政策的宏觀視野，也清楚一間教室、一項校園工程、一次不容易的親師對話，對老師意味著什麼。他對水尾的期待很單純：一所老師被支持、孩子相信自己的學校。
