Principal Lin Su-feng has led Santan Elementary School since August 2022. She came to the school after six years as principal of Shuiwei Elementary in Xizhou Township, and before that more than thirty years in the classroom and in school administration — as a teacher, a section chief and a director.
林素鳳校長自民國 111 年 8 月起擔任三潭國小校長。在此之前，她於溪州鄉水尾國小擔任校長六年；更早之前，則有三十餘年的教學與行政資歷——歷任教師、組長與主任。
Her educational belief is expressed in eight characters that she keeps short on purpose: education is nothing more than love and example. Nothing about that is complicated, and nothing about it is easy — it asks the adults in a school to be, every day, the thing they are asking children to become.
她的教育信念只有八個字，而且刻意保持得這麼短：「教育無他，愛與榜樣而已。」這句話一點也不複雜，卻一點也不容易——它要求校園裡的大人，每天都成為自己期待孩子成為的那個樣子。
