A need is something we must have to live, like food, water and clothes. A want is something nice to have, like toys, candy or games. Both are okay — but smart kids learn to tell the difference, and take care of their needs first before spending on wants.
「需要」是我們生活一定要有的東西,例如食物、水和衣服;「想要」是有了會很開心的東西,例如玩具、糖果或遊戲。兩種都沒關係——但聰明的孩子會分清楚,先顧好「需要」,再考慮花錢買「想要」。
