Let's Sketch Together! is a three-lesson course that our art teacher, Mr. Chu, designed from his many years of teaching children to sketch. It is simple, easy to understand, and easy to try — and each lesson builds on the one before. 「藝起來學素描」是美術老師朱博揚從多年教兒童素描的經驗發展出來的自編課程，共三節課。課程以「簡單、易懂、好操作」為原則，三個單元環環相扣。
First, get to know your pencil: H is hard and light, B is soft and dark. Students learn to sharpen a pencil by hand, hold it the right way, and loosen up the wrist with a “rubber pencil” trick. Then they shade a “Rainbow Python” — pencil tones that go from light to dark. 先認識鉛筆：H 比較硬、顏色淡；B 比較軟、顏色深。學生學習自己削鉛筆、正確握筆，再用「鉛筆變軟了」的視覺魔術放鬆手腕，然後畫出由淺到深的「彩虹大蟒蛇」。
Lushang means “on the road” — and a road is a great way to learn perspective! Just like a road going far away, the lines meet at one point. Students draw a square, mark a point at 45 degrees, and connect three lines to turn it into a 3D cube. 路上國小的「路上」，就是 on the road——而一條路正好最適合學透視！就像伸向遠方的道路，線條會交會在同一點。學生先畫一個正方形，在 45 度角點一點、連上三條線，平面的正方形就變成立體的正方體。
When light shines on a cube, you see three sides — a light side, a dark side, and gray in between. Students shade each side differently, and their flat drawing pops off the page as a 3D cube. 光線照在正方體上，會出現三個面——亮面、暗面，還有中間的灰面。學生把三個面畫出不同的深淺，平面的畫就變成立體的方塊。
