The closing ceremony, or 偉業式, is Luoyang's end-of-term awards day — the last big gathering before summer truly begins. Under the shade of the campus's old banyan trees, class after class came forward to be recognised.
休業式，就是螺陽的期末頒獎典禮——也是真正放暑假前的最後一次全校集合。在校園裡的老榕樹下，各班孩子一批批走上前，領取屬於自己的肯定。
Across the year, students had shown off what they were good at on all kinds of stages — in competitions, in performances, in everyday effort that finally got its moment. On the very last day of the term, each of them got to hold the proof of it in their own two hands.
這一年裡，孩子們在各式各樣的競賽舞台中，展現了自己的專才。在學期的最後一天，他們終於能親手拿到那份屬於自己努力的獎勵——暑假來囉！
Then it was time to rest — properly. Luoyang’s teachers sent every student off with the same wish: enjoy a full, unhurried summer, recharge completely, and come back after the break as an even better version of yourself.
