We've come to believe two things make a primary school's English program durable. Teachers need ready-made classroom English so they don't have to invent it sentence by sentence. Students need to hear English in moments that are not lessons — morning broadcasts, lunch announcements, the everyday administrative voice of the school.

我們相信，要讓一所國小的英語計畫站得久，兩件事缺一不可——老師要有現成的「課室英語」可以用，不需要每堂課自己造句；學生要在「不是英語課」的時刻聽見英語，例如早晨廣播、午餐通知、學校的日常行政聲音。

Both halves of this page are produced by My Culture Connect 人師教育協會 and used by every partner school in the Changhua Bilingual Hub. They are not Luoqing-only resources — they're the shared infrastructure that frees us up to focus on what's uniquely Luoqing.

Each video is short, practical, and lifted straight from things Luoqing teachers already say in Chinese.

Hosted by Sarah Thomas and Susan Rose, the series introduces the four major offices of a Taiwanese elementary school — Academic Affairs (5 eps), Student Affairs (3 eps), General Affairs, and Counseling — in pairs of English and Chinese. Use them as actual morning broadcast material, or as a listening exercise during class.
