Principal Lung Dong-Hu led Lukang Elementary School until his retirement in August 2026. He came to mathematics teaching first — through the Taichung teachers' colleges and a degree in mathematics and science education — and later completed a master's in school administration at National Taichung University of Education. Before Lukang he had already served as principal of four schools: Dingzhuang, Yuxin, Fengxia and Xinxing Elementary.
龍東湖校長曾任鹿港國小校長，並於 2026 年 8 月榮退。他從數學教學起步——先後就讀臺中的師範專科與師範學院數理教育學系——之後在國立臺中教育大學完成學校行政碩士學位。來到鹿港之前，他已歷任頂庄、育新、鳳霞、新興四所國小校長。
