Welcome to Lufeng Elementary. I'm Chen Bo-hua, and I've been honored to serve as principal here in Tianwei's garden town since August 2025. My work here builds on years as a classroom teacher, a school director, and a curriculum supervisor for the Changhua County Government — experience that continues to shape how I think about what a school can be for every child.
歡迎來到陸豐國小。我是陳柏華，很榮幸自 114 年 8 月起在花鄉田尾擔任校長。在此之前，我曾擔任教師、主任，以及彰化縣政府課程督學，這些歷練持續形塑我對「學校能為每個孩子做些什麼」的想法。

Principal Chen has led Lufeng in launching its bilingual education initiative — a ship setting sail so students can explore a bilingual world and grow into confident, globally-minded learners.
He actively encourages teachers and students to enter technology and civic-simulation competitions, and co-authored a book on AI and education — championing digital literacy for the AI era.
Principal Chen values a lively, engaged school community, building strong foundations for every child's growth — working hand in hand with teachers and families to create shared success.
Principal Chen officially took office in August 2025.
